This package is for the couple that has a detailed vision of what they want, but need a little extra help. Timeless Styled Events will sit back and let you take the wheel, but are ready to give you the directions you need to bring the wedding of your dreams to fruition. 

The Home Stretch Package

Our “Final Touch Package” is designed for the couple that has done most of the wedding planning themselves, but still wants some help on their big day. We will start working with you 30-45 days out to learn every detail of your plan, coordinate with your vendors, and get all of your details finalized so that you can relax and enjoy the time spent with your family and friends.

Frequently asked Questions

How do you match planners to clients?

They are paired to the planner whose style best matches their vision (also based on availability).

Do you travel?

YES, but we will charge per mile outside of Hampton Roads + for lodging if necessary.

Do you provide custom planning or styling packages?

Yes-- the packages listed are the most popular however we do create custom packages that will better suit your needs. We also have a la carte add ons. So make sure you check those out as well. 

How many TSE team members will be on site?

Our standard is to have your lead planner will always be on site with at least 2 planning assistants until we get to the start of the reception timeline OR whenever it is safe to drop down to 1 assistant. Having at least 2 planners on site at all times allows us to always have one planner available throughout the night regardless.

Will you help put out decor? What about moving furniture?

Yes we are available to set out table decorations, signage, floral arrangements etc. However, if there is a lot of heavy lifting and would require more than our standard wedding day team of 3 we will charge an additional fee.
